Great hotel stay 4 days 3 nights. room very spacious and bed was confortable. pool area and beach access great. Carpet could have used alittle better cleaning but not that bad.employess very helpful and knowledgeable.best location right in the middle of everything. Negatives of the stay had a wet bar in the room that did not work the attendedant at the pool area had a very hard time comunicating to her spoke very broken english. They cleaned the linen daily but forgot to bring back washclothes had to go to the deak for some. no extra linen or pillows for the pullout bed. otherwise had a very good time would diffently stay again.

The room we originally were assigned was very small, carpet was filthy. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and our new room was a suite, much nicer, but still the carpet had major issues. However, compared to our first room we were thrilled. The hotel location,lobby, staff, pool area, and beach were all great. FYI, the valet parking is $* a day. Right next door is a parking garage that, if you speak with the owner, will charge $*a day with unlimited access.

Loved, Loved, Loved this hotel! First off, abc at the front desk is such and asset to this hotel. From the moment we checked in she was so accomodating that I knew we chose the right place which made our stay even more memorable. The ocean view from our room was so beautiful. The hotel is impeccably clean which is the most important to me in a hotel. This hotel is in the perfect location right on the most amazing strip of beach in Miami and walking distance to all the major shopping areas. The drinks are unbeatable, best batrtenders in Miami! The frozen Mojitos are addicting and the best i've ever had and i've travelled to a lot of places around the world. If you are looking for location, cleanliness, professional friendly staff, best drinks in Miami and the best bang for your buck - this is the place for you! I cannot wait to go back! Thanks again abc for being so attentive!
