Great hotel with fun atmosphere, fabulous customer service, 2 nice pool areas, direct access to the beach (with free lounge chairs and umbrellas), good pools, nice rooms, and AMAZING location. For the price, there is nothing better in South Beach.

My cousins and i booked this hotel for the spa and we got more than we bargined for. The hotel was gorgous. The rooms were stunnging. Amazing room with awesome bathroom and great view! The spa OMG was heaven. The staff went above and beyond for all of us. From the bar to the restaurant. FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY!!! We are comming back again !!

To be fair, it should be noted that my party arrived just after a significant flood in the south beach area though this hotel was not physically affected. I called to confirm a late arrival due to the flooding and they stated my requested room would be ready. However, when I arrived the flustered desk agent stated he had no rooms with 2 beds left but he could supply me with a king. There was 3 in my party. Also, the room we were given was very substandard. The furniture was torn and stained, the bathroom mildewed, and the room was constantly damp to the point the bed felt wet. Again, the hotel was not affected by the flood. I requested mutliple times in my 3 day pre-paid stay for a 2 bed room and was always denied. Additionally all requests for a manager or manager call back were unfullfilled. Further, no refunds or other considerations were offered for the inconvenience. I have stayed at other hotels in South Beach and I recommend paying a little bit less for a whole lot more.
