Room was nice, big. The beds were very comfortable. Beware of the hotel bar prices. We decided to stop at the bar before heading to bed and were shocked at the price. $for 2 drinks and a beer. We spent more here than we did at the Signiture Room at the Hancock tower. Concierge service was very helpful, we had a couple questions that they answered and suggested a great restaurant for dinner. I would reccommend this hotel.

Room was small but ok, in need of updating. Bathroom was dirty. Hair on the vanity and floor. I had to clean before I would use it. Great location, close to Navy Pier & Magnificient mile for shopping. About 1 mile to nearest train. Bar is expensive. 2 mixed drinks and 1 beer = $*. Beds were not bad. I was a little worried after reading reviews about how soft the beds were, but I didn't think they were overly soft. Staff was very helpful but there was always a line at the concierge. Because of the location I would stay here again.

The hotel was nice everything was within walking distance. Only Parking was expensive and for a hotel with a pool, it definately needed a jacuzzi. Didn't try the restaurants because there are so many restaurants around the area and not enough time.

Pros - Had a great view of the river and city from our room. The room itself was great, comfortable, spacey. My girlfriend and I loved the king size bed. It was hard for us to get out of bed in the morning because it was so comfortable! The staff was friendly and called to make sure our stay was going okay. Cons - Pool was average, expected better. Mini bar and room service prices were out of control. Had to pay around $15 dollars for internet. I really think their was something wrong with our shower head. The water kind of hurt when it came out. Also, parking was very expensive. Besides parking and the shower, The Sheraton is a classy place to stay in Chicago.

Wonderful hotel, service, room, etc. Took wife and 6yr old daughter. Arranged the American Girl package for daughter who was absolutely thrilled. Hotel was clean and all staff was terrific (front desk, bellmen, concierge, doormen...). Had breakfast at restaurant downstairs. Little pricey but great buffet, and daughter was FREE! (6 and under). Very good location (central to many things), but note that you will walk several blocks to most everything. Room was clean. Bed mattress/bedding soft and quite comfortable. HAD A GREAT TIME. Think you will enjoy this hotel as well. Loved Chicago!
